The old expression, what a difference a day can make, is without a doubt true. My life was in the shitter, everything seemed to be going wrong, I felt that life had no meaning any more, consumption of hard liquors had become a near daily fixture again in my life, and thoughts of going to sleep and never waking up were becoming the norm. But not any more!  After hitting rock bottom, a weird twist of events (I'd like to think it was the grace of god), I'm here today--thinking clearly about life's choices, and making plans for a better today, and an even better tomorrow. Sure there will still be rough times ahead...that's life!  But you have

Those who are inspired will find reason to do what they believe in, and those who are not, will forever resign themselves to doing little or nothing with their lives.  I know this now...and have been inspired...and have begun to do those things I believe in...no longer am I resigned to sitting back and doing nothing! On my recent vacation...I found much peace and happiness in wondering hopelessly about the countryside in search of that perfect picture... The journey was as rewarding as the pictures! I hope that I will continue to be inspired!  I hope that friendship will always be within reach!  I hope that happiness will prevail.  I hope t

Well it's been a long time since I was involved at DA, but it looks like I'm coming back... I've learned I need to make time for the things I really like to do and for things that make me happy, and photography is definitely one of them.  I've had some great ideas for portrait shots, but nobody to frame!
